Every agent in one table, checked 10 October 2026

We probed each agent's website on 10 October 2026 and read its Trustpilot page the same day. The table below keeps the raw result next to the label so you can judge for yourself. Hipobuy, the agent this site is built around, has its own full review.

How we decide a status

A loading homepage proves little on its own, and a site that errors for an afternoon proves nothing at all. So we use four labels with fixed rules. Working: the site loads and reviews from the past few weeks show orders moving. Operating: the site loads but recent evidence is thin, typically because the newest reviews are months old or the review base is tiny. Reported: warning signs such as refund complaints without answers, reviews that suddenly stop, or a site that no longer returns pages, without an owner statement. Shut down: an owner confirmation, a dead domain or a documented raid.

Two agents moved to Reported this autumn. Mulebuy's site connected but returned nothing on 10 October, its reviews stop at a one-star warning on 11 September, and rep.tools had already flagged unconfirmed raid reports in August. Hoobuy returned an empty page to our checker and its latest reviews are one-star refund complaints. Neither is confirmed closed; we simply would not open new orders there today.

Five agents are closed. CNFans and AllChinaBuy show only maintenance notices about cyberattacks. ACBuy still loads but tells users to ship stored parcels quickly during a 'warehouse upgrade', and rep.tools reported an owner-confirmed shutdown in August. Pandabuy and Wegobuy return server errors and have been gone since 2024 and early 2025.

Trustpilot warnings are now common

Trustpilot hides the score of several agents, including Hipobuy, Oopbuy and USFans, behind a warning about fabricated reviews, and shows no score at all for Litbuy, Hubbuy and Vigorbuy. A warning means Trustpilot found review practices that break its rules; it does not by itself mean orders fail. Read the newest one- and two-star reviews instead of relying on the average, and check whether the company answers them.

Picking an agent for Germany, France or Spain

Hipobuy's searches come mainly from Germany and France, then Spain, Belgium and the US. In Germany it competes most with Oopbuy, Kakobuy, Litbuy and the smaller GTBuy and OOTDBuy. In France the local favourites are BBDBuy, Lovegobuy and Rizzitgo. In Spain, USFans and iTaoBuy draw the same buyers, and the CNFans closure pushed many Spanish sheets towards new agents. For each country, our guides cover VAT, the €3 per-category duty and delivery: Germany, France, Spain, Belgium and the US.

Marketplaces without an agent

Some spreadsheets list marketplaces that ship directly, where no agent is needed, and some list Chinese sites an agent must buy from. Each guide below is built on what people actually type into Google for that marketplace.

• DHgate: Men's, budget and cheap-shipping lists
• Temu: Curated finds; ships direct
• SHEIN: Men's and women's picks; ships direct
• Amazon: Fast delivery, higher prices
• TikTok: Creator sheets for every agent
• Yupoo: Albums to agent links
• 1688: Factory listings; watch minimums
• Taobao: Jackets, jerseys, jewellery
• Weidian: Sneakers, bags, sunglasses
• AliExpress: Football shirts, shipped direct
• Alibaba: Supplier lists; minimum orders
• Hacoo: App finds: shoes and clothes
