CNFans spreadsheet migration: reopening dead links on a working agent

Facts we could confirm about CNFans

Status labels on this site follow one rule set: Working means the site loads and recent reviews show orders moving; Operating means it loads but recent evidence is thin; Reported means warning signs without confirmation; Shut down needs an owner statement, a dead domain or a documented raid. See the full agent status list for every agent side by side.

What the CNFans site says now

The notice on cnfans.com, in English and Chinese, says the site has been under persistent cyberattacks that are not yet under control and is undergoing maintenance, and asks users to email support about orders. rep.tools reported an owner-confirmed shutdown in August 2026. Spain was CNFans' largest market, roughly 60,500 searches a month, and many Spanish spreadsheets were built around its links, which is why Spanish searches for Hipobuy jumped from August.

A CNFans link, taken apart

A CNFans product link carries the marketplace and the item ID, for example a Weidian item number. Strip everything else, rebuild the original Weidian or Taobao URL, and paste it into your new agent's search box. The item price does not change, because the seller sets it.

Rebuilding a CNFans spreadsheet for a working agent

1. Open the sheet and look at one CNFans link: find the long number after id= or itemID=, and note whether it says Taobao, Weidian or 1688.
2. Rebuild the marketplace link: https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=NUMBER or https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=NUMBER.
3. Paste it into Hipobuy or another working agent and confirm the listing still exists.
4. Save the rebuilt link in a new column so the next shutdown cannot break the row again.

Choosing a replacement for CNFans

Pick by market. German and French buyers have the most choice: Hipobuy, Kakobuy and Oopbuy all draw large audiences there. Spanish buyers lean towards Hipobuy and USFans. If storage time matters, Sugargoo (100 days) and Basetao (120 days) beat the 90-day norm. Read the Hipobuy review for the agent this site centres on, including the Trustpilot warning, and compare it with Kakobuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo.

Money and parcels still tied to CNFans

Parcels already handed to a carrier keep moving whatever happens to the agent's website; track them with the carrier's own number. Items paid for but still in the warehouse are the hard case. Write to every support address CNFans published, attach order numbers and screenshots, and keep a record of each attempt. If the payment was recent and made by card or PayPal, start a dispute before the window closes.

Do not pay anyone who contacts you offering to recover CNFans funds for a fee; recovery scams follow every agent closure.

Avoiding CNFans copycats

When an agent closes, look-alike domains and 'relaunch' pages appear, often with a slightly different spelling. Do not log in with your old CNFans password anywhere, and change that password wherever else you used it. Official news about balances would come from the original domain or the support email on it, not from a social media direct message.

Treat any site that asks you to top up to 'unlock' an old CNFans balance as a scam.

Lessons from the CNFans closure

Every agent shutdown repeats the same pattern: buyers with balances lose the most, buyers with raw marketplace links lose the least. Keep balances low, ship parcels when they are ready, and store the Taobao or Weidian link next to every agent link in your sheet. With those three habits, moving away from any agent, including Hipobuy, takes an afternoon rather than a crisis.

Check our dated status list before acting on shutdown rumours; several in 2026 were false.

What we know about CNFans, in order

• Background: rep.tools lists CNFans as shut down in August 2026 (owner-confirmed).
• Trustpilot: 4.1 / 5 historically; newest review we could see dated 8 Jul 2026.
• Our check on 10 October 2026: cnfans.com shows only a 'Website Maintenance Notice' blaming persistent cyberattacks and pointing users to email support.

We will update this page if CNFans publishes anything new on its own domain. Until then, treat every 'back online' claim on social media with suspicion and verify it on the original site first.

Where CNFans buyers went, by country

The list reflects where each agent's searches come from, not a paid ranking. Check the status of any agent on the day you move, and start with a small order wherever you land after CNFans.

Spreadsheet categories that suit CNFans

Light, low-risk categories make the best first orders on any agent: T-shirts, caps, belts and jewellery cost little to ship and are easy to check in photos. Shoes and jackets need closer QC and more parcel weight. If you are building a basket, our filtered pages help: jerseys and sportswear, watches and sneakers. Every link there opens on CNFans once you use the marketplace URL.
