Why Spanish buyers keep landing on USFans

Spain sends USFans about 14,800 searches a month in our keyword file, more than any other country, which makes it Hipobuy's closest rival in the Spanish market. The terms are close as well: 90 days of free storage on both, and USFans spells out 3 to 5 free QC photos per item, which Hipobuy's help centre does not put into a number. USFans also advertises a payment guarantee on its homepage.

Spanish searches around both agents are heavily about coupons, so check each agent's coupon page before you choose; the bigger discount often decides the winner for a single parcel.

What the warning does and does not tell you

Trustpilot withdrew the USFans score and shows a fabricated-reviews warning. That is a statement about review practices, not about delivery. Still, it removes the one quick number people rely on, so do your own checking: read the newest negative reviews, note whether the company answers them, and send a small first order before a big one.

Moving Hipobuy spreadsheet links to USFans

A row in a Hipobuy spreadsheet is a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing wrapped in a Hipobuy address. To open it on USFans, take the marketplace part: the Taobao id= number or the Weidian itemID= number. Rebuild the plain marketplace URL, paste it into USFans's search bar, and the same product appears at the same seller price. Shipping, storage and photos then follow USFans's rules rather than Hipobuy's.

Do it in batches of five or ten. Some listings will have sold out since the sheet was made, and it is easier to spot those when you are not converting a hundred rows at once. Our Hipobuy links page shows each link format with an example.

A worked France example for a USFans parcel

Say you buy a bag and a wallet through USFans for €70 in total and pick a line that quotes €33 for the parcel. France charges 20% import VAT on goods plus transport, about €20.60. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a flat €3 customs duty for each different tariff category in parcels up to €150 sent under IOSS; this basket has 2 categories, so €6. Landed cost: roughly €129.60, before any carrier handling fee.

Hipobuy or USFans? The terms side by side

Where USFans publishes a number and Hipobuy does not, such as a fixed count of QC photos, that is a point in USFans's favour for careful buyers. Where Hipobuy is clearer, for example its written five-day return window after warehousing, it gives you a firm deadline to act on photos. Neither agent's terms replace the parcel quote, which is where most of the real difference between agents shows up.

Before your first USFans order

• Send support one simple question and time the answer.
• Find the storage period and the fee that starts after it.
• Note how many QC photos are free and what extra photos cost.
• Check the payment surcharge for card, PayPal or bank transfer.
• Order one inexpensive item first and follow it all the way to your door.

Getting a USFans parcel through EU customs

Every parcel entering the EU pays import VAT from the first euro. Since 1 July 2026, parcels worth up to €150 sent under the IOSS scheme also pay a flat €3 customs duty for each different tariff category inside. Declarations must describe the goods truthfully; under-declaring is illegal and is exactly what customs checks look for. Goods that infringe trademarks can be seized whatever the declared value. A clean parcel is one with accurate contents, sensible weight and a line that handles VAT properly.

What to look at in USFans's QC photos

Check the label and size tag first, because a wrong size is the cheapest problem to fix before shipping. Then look at seams and stitching at stress points, the colour against the listing under neutral light, and any hardware such as zips and buckles. For shoes, ask for both shoes side by side and the soles. If something is off, raise it while the item is still within the return window; once a parcel leaves China, fixing it is rarely practical.

Building a basket on USFans from our lists

Start from the Hipobuy finds page or the grid above, pick items in two or three categories at most, and check the size charts before adding them to USFans. Fewer categories mean a lower EU duty, and similar items pack more tightly. A mixed basket of a pair of trainers, two tees and a cap is a classic first parcel and lands well under the €150 IOSS limit in most cases.

Who USFans suits
