Look for three things on each line EastmallBuy offers: whether import VAT and duty are included, whether tracking continues once the parcel reaches the local carrier (DHL or Deutsche Post in Germany, La Poste or Colissimo in France, Correos or a courier in Spain), and the weight band you are paying for. A line that hands over to the national post usually gives the smoothest delivery; private couriers can be faster but sometimes ask for clearance fees.

Write down the line name with the parcel number. If something goes wrong, support will ask for both.
