ACBuy spreadsheet migration while the site still asks you to ship out

ACBuy status and terms, checked 10 October 2026

ACBuy sits in the Shut down group on our agent status list, next to Oopbuy, Litbuy, Joyagoo.

Two signals that point the same way

ACBuy's homepage still advertises 3 to 5 free QC photos and 90 days of storage, but its notice list tells the real story: an 'Important Notice on Warehouse Upgrade & Platform Parcel Service Adjustment' recommending users ship stored parcels quickly to avoid misplacement, a statement about cyberattacks, and a UPS line on hold. rep.tools treats ACBuy and AllChinaBuy as one operation and reported both shut in August 2026. Trustpilot reviews stop in early July.

What to do first

If you have items in the ACBuy warehouse, submit a parcel now and keep proof of payment. Do not top up the balance. Then rebuild your ACBuy spreadsheet links on a working agent using the original product ID.

Turning dead ACBuy links into live ones

A ACBuy link fails because the agent's address is dead, not because the product disappeared. The marketplace ID is still inside the URL. Copy it, rebuild the Taobao or Weidian product address, and open it on a working agent. Expect a share of very old rows to be gone: sellers delist, rename or reprice items. Our links guide lists the exact URL patterns.

If the sheet has hundreds of rows, a spreadsheet formula that extracts the number after id= saves hours.

Choosing a replacement for ACBuy

Pick by market. German and French buyers have the most choice: Hipobuy, Kakobuy and Oopbuy all draw large audiences there. Spanish buyers lean towards Hipobuy and USFans. If storage time matters, Sugargoo (100 days) and Basetao (120 days) beat the 90-day norm. Read the Hipobuy review for the agent this site centres on, including the Trustpilot warning, and compare it with Oopbuy, Litbuy, Joyagoo.

Avoiding ACBuy copycats

When an agent closes, look-alike domains and 'relaunch' pages appear, often with a slightly different spelling. Do not log in with your old ACBuy password anywhere, and change that password wherever else you used it. Official news about balances would come from the original domain or the support email on it, not from a social media direct message.

Treat any site that asks you to top up to 'unlock' an old ACBuy balance as a scam.

Lessons from the ACBuy closure

Every agent shutdown repeats the same pattern: buyers with balances lose the most, buyers with raw marketplace links lose the least. Keep balances low, ship parcels when they are ready, and store the Taobao or Weidian link next to every agent link in your sheet. With those three habits, moving away from any agent, including Hipobuy, takes an afternoon rather than a crisis.

Check our dated status list before acting on shutdown rumours; several in 2026 were false.

Money and parcels still tied to ACBuy

Parcels already handed to a carrier keep moving whatever happens to the agent's website; track them with the carrier's own number. Items paid for but still in the warehouse are the hard case. Write to every support address ACBuy published, attach order numbers and screenshots, and keep a record of each attempt. If the payment was recent and made by card or PayPal, start a dispute before the window closes.

Do not pay anyone who contacts you offering to recover ACBuy funds for a fee; recovery scams follow every agent closure.

What we know about ACBuy, in order

• Background: rep.tools lists ACBuy/AllChinaBuy as shut down in August 2026 (owner-confirmed).
• Trustpilot: 4.5 / 5 historically; newest review we could see dated 5 Jul 2026.
• Our check on 10 October 2026: acbuy.com still loads, with a notice urging users to submit stored parcels as soon as possible during a 'warehouse upgrade'.

We will update this page if ACBuy publishes anything new on its own domain. Until then, treat every 'back online' claim on social media with suspicion and verify it on the original site first.

Where ACBuy buyers went, by country

The list reflects where each agent's searches come from, not a paid ranking. Check the status of any agent on the day you move, and start with a small order wherever you land after ACBuy.

Building a basket on ACBuy from our lists

Start from the Hipobuy finds page or the grid above, pick items in two or three categories at most, and check the size charts before adding them to ACBuy. Fewer categories mean a lower EU duty, and similar items pack more tightly. A mixed basket of a pair of trainers, two tees and a cap is a classic first parcel and lands well under the €150 IOSS limit in most cases.

Who ACBuy suits

Treat ACBuy as closed for new orders. Move your sheet to Hipobuy, Kakobuy or Superbuy, and use our agent status list to pick.
